Michael K. Williams was my hero. One of very few black men in entertainment brave enough to take on roles that others would pass on. While watching some interviews of his, I stumbled across one where he acknowledged the LGBT+ community and his allyship and I almost broke down. I wished to meet him to thank him for being a role model for me. I wanted to thank him for showing me that going against the grain is the true path of artistry. I hope he likes this and I hope y'all do too.
